A2game requires identity verification before updating a registered mobile number since it's linked to your OTP security. On the a2game login page, tap Forgot password? and enter your registered mobile number or email. A one-time reset code is sent to your registered contact — enter the code and set a new password. The reset code is valid for 10 minutes, so use it promptly. If you no longer have access to your registered contact, email support@a2game.im with your account details and CNIC and the team will help you regain access.

For Pakistani players, identity verification requires a clear photograph or scan of both sides of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). For larger withdrawals, a2game may also request a selfie holding your CNIC or a recent bank or mobile wallet statement. Upload documents through your account settings. Verification is typically completed within one business day and is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Log in, go to the Cashier section and select your preferred deposit method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) or Visa/Mastercard. Some banks or card issuers may apply their own international transaction fee if they classify the payment as foreign — this is charged by your bank, not by a2game, and a2game has no control over it. To avoid any such charge, use Easypaisa, JazzCash or a Pakistani bank's IBFT transfer.

Log in, go to the Cashier, select Withdraw and choose your method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank transfer. Enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw (minimum Rs 500), confirm the details and submit. Your account identity must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals to verified accounts typically complete within minutes.

For verified accounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process in under 3 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals average 5–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers usually arrive within 2–4 hours during banking hours. Processing times may be slightly longer if a withdrawal triggers an additional security review — this happens automatically on large amounts and is a normal part of our fraud prevention process. If your withdrawal is pending for more than 2 hours without confirmation, contact support.

Withdrawals are most commonly declined for one of these reasons: (1) Identity verification is incomplete — upload your CNIC to your account settings. (2) There are active bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. (3) The withdrawal method you selected doesn't match your deposit method — a2game requires you to withdraw to the same payment channel used for your deposit, up to the deposited amount. The minimum withdrawal amount at a2game is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by a2game for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in instalments to comply with payment provider limits. The a2game welcome bonus is automatically applied when you make your first qualifying PKR deposit after registering. A 25x wagering requirement means you need to bet a total amount equal to 25 times the bonus value before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example: if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with 25x wagering, you need to place a total of Rs 25,000 in bets using your bonus funds before you can withdraw those winnings. Your real-money balance is always available for withdrawal at any time — wagering requirements only apply to bonus funds.

a2game bonuses have a 30-day validity period from the date they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days, the bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. This is a standard industry condition. If a match is abandoned due to rain or weather with no result declared, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your a2game PKR wallet. If a DLS result is officially declared, bets are settled on that result. In-play bets placed before the abandonment are also voided unless the specific market was already settled.

To permanently close your a2game account, email support@a2game.im from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Include your registered mobile number and CNIC last four digits for verification. If you have a real-money balance, it will be returned to your registered payment method before the account is closed. Note that if the reason for closing is problem gambling, a self-exclusion may be more appropriate — it achieves the same effect and also prevents you from opening a new a2game account during the exclusion period.
